Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 13 July 2026

1. Our commitment

Haverton Care Hub is committed to making our website and digital services accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

2. Accessibility target

Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This statement does not claim that every part of the website is fully compliant. It explains our current approach and how to tell us if something is not working for you.

3. What we do

  • Use clear headings, page structure and descriptive link text.
  • Maintain colour contrast that supports readability.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus styles.
  • Provide text alternatives for meaningful images where possible.
  • Use plain English and readable single-column layouts for legal pages.
  • Respect reduced-motion preferences where animation is used.
  • Design forms with labels, instructions and error feedback.

4. Known limitations

We are not currently aware of significant accessibility issues on the core public legal pages. The wider website, member platform, document downloads and third-party tools should be checked regularly and this statement updated after each accessibility review.

5. Documents and third-party services

Some resources may be supplied as Word, Excel, PDF or other document formats. We aim to make documents as usable as reasonably possible, but some templates may need adaptation by the provider for their own service.

Third-party payment, booking, map, video or embedded services may have their own accessibility features and limitations. We will review these when choosing and configuring suppliers.

6. Alternative formats and adjustments

If you need information in a different format or need a reasonable adjustment when using our services, contact info@havertoncarehub.co.uk or call 01322 879778. We will do our best to help.

7. Feedback and accessibility complaints

We welcome feedback about accessibility. Please tell us what page or document caused difficulty, what happened, what device or assistive technology you were using, and what you needed to do.

We will treat accessibility complaints seriously, investigate them fairly and explain what we can do to put things right.

8. Review

This statement should be reviewed after website changes, member platform changes, new third-party integrations or a formal accessibility audit. The date at the top shows the current version.
