Terms of Website Use
Last updated: 13 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Haverton Care Hub website, public resources, digital products and, where available, member areas. By using the website or member area, you agree to these terms.
2. Company details
Haverton Care Hub is a trading name of Haverton Care Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17025493. Our registered office is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. You can contact us at info@havertoncarehub.co.uk.
3. General information, not advice
The information on this website, including articles, guides, downloads, templates and resources, is general information for adult social care providers. It is not legal, financial, clinical, safeguarding or regulatory advice tailored to your service.
You should not rely on general website content as a substitute for appropriate professional advice, manager oversight, clinical judgement or provider governance. A consultancy relationship begins only when a separate written agreement for services is in place.
4. CQC independence and no guaranteed outcome
Haverton Care Hub is independent of the Care Quality Commission. We are not approved, accredited, endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of CQC.
We can support preparation, governance, training and evidence, but we do not guarantee CQC registration, an assessment outcome, inspection finding, rating, enforcement result or any other regulatory decision. CQC decisions are made by CQC.
5. Accounts and member areas
- You must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of duty.
- You must not access another organisation's records or attempt to bypass access controls.
- We may suspend access where necessary to protect security, prevent misuse, investigate a breach or comply with law.
6. Digital resources and licences
Policies, forms, templates, audit tools, training materials and other digital resources are provided as a foundation for review, adaptation and implementation by the purchasing organisation. They do not replace provider accountability, local risk assessment, service-specific governance or professional review.
Unless stated otherwise at the point of sale, purchase gives you a non-exclusive licence to use the resource within your own organisation or service. You must not resell, redistribute, publish or package our materials for another business without written permission.
7. Purchases, digital content and services
Prices, scope, delivery method, access period, refund rules and any special terms will be shown at the point of sale or in a separate written agreement. Before any consumer checkout is activated, the website must provide the required pre-contract information, a clear payment obligation, cancellation information, durable-medium confirmation and any immediate digital-supply consent required by law.
Business customers remain responsible for checking that any purchased product or service is suitable for their service type, registration position, staff roles, risk profile and local governance.
8. Information you provide
You must make sure information you provide to us or upload to the member platform is accurate, lawful, proportionate and appropriate for the service being used. You must not upload information you are not entitled to share.
9. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or member area to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- upload malicious code, spam or unlawful material;
- attempt unauthorised access, scraping or security testing;
- copy, reverse engineer or misuse platform content or code; or
- present our content as CQC-approved, accredited or guaranteed regulatory advice.
10. Intellectual property
The website, platform, branding, copy, training materials, templates, resources, layouts and other content are owned by or licensed to Haverton Care Limited. All rights are reserved except for the licence expressly granted to you.
11. Third-party links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, payment services, booking tools, video platforms, map providers or external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or policies.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, inappropriate adaptation of templates, failures of local provider governance, regulatory decisions outside our control, or third-party services.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access to a member area, product or service where you breach these terms, fail to pay, misuse materials, create a security risk, or where continued access would expose us or others to legal or regulatory risk.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
15. Contact
